What is accDemandRipStatus?

This OID shows the current state of the RIP neighbor relationship, whether the neighbor is up, down, or in some transition state. Network engineers monitor this to confirm neighbors are reachable and exchanging routes properly before they're counted as operational. For example, a value of 1 typically means the neighbor is Up, while 0 or 2 might indicate Down or a transitional state.
