What is accQtpSrvRemFlowCntl?
This OID indicates the flow-control state of the remote system connected to QTP, showing whether the remote side is ready or blocked from accepting more data. Network engineers monitor this to detect when remote systems become congested or unresponsive, which can slow down or pause call processing. A value of blocked means the remote side asked the QTP server to stop sending until it processes existing messages; a value of ready means normal operation.
