What is accQtpSrvOpStatus?

This OID shows the operational state of the QTP server, indicating whether it is running, idle, down, or in some intermediate state. Network engineers use this as a primary health check during troubleshooting; if the server shows down or invalid, it immediately explains why calls are failing. A value of up means the QTP service is running normally, while a value of down indicates the service has stopped or is unavailable.
