What is accQtpSrvOKCalls?

This counter increments each time a QTP call request succeeds and completes normally without errors. Network engineers track this over time to establish baseline success rates and detect when the success ratio begins to drop, signaling emerging problems. A value of 1250 means 1,250 successful calls have processed; if this number grows slowly relative to failed calls, the system may have reliability issues.
