Description: Unsuccessful QTP call requests.

What is accQtpSrvFailCalls?

This counter increments each time a QTP call request fails or cannot be completed due to network or system issues. Network engineers monitor this to detect call failures caused by network problems, configuration errors, or remote system unavailability. A sudden spike to 487 over a short period indicates many call failures occurred; comparing this to OK calls shows the failure rate and severity of problems.
