Description: Administrative status of the QTP link.
What is accQtpSrvAdStatus?
This OID reflects the administrative state you set for the QTP link, allowing you to manually enable or disable the connection without removing it from configuration. An operator uses this to take a QTP link offline for maintenance or troubleshooting while keeping the configuration in place for easy re-enablement. A value of 'up' or 'enabled' means the link is ready to carry calls, while 'down' or 'disabled' prevents any new calls from using this link.
