What is accQtpRtToQTPOcts?

This counter measures the total number of bytes (octets) that have been successfully sent from modems to QTP channels. Engineers track this to calculate data throughput and monitor the volume of traffic flowing in the forward direction. For example, if this value is 1000000, then exactly 1 megabyte of data has been successfully delivered to QTP channels.
