What is accQtpRtToMdmOcts?

This counter measures the total bytes (octets) successfully returned from QTP channels to modem ports. Engineers use this alongside the forward direction byte count to detect throughput imbalances or bottlenecks in one direction. For example, comparing this value to accQtpRtToQTPOcts reveals if one direction is consistently slower than the other.
