What is accQtpRtToMdmFrms?

This counter tracks the number of data frames successfully sent from QTP channels back to their corresponding modem ports. Engineers compare this to accQtpRtToQTPFrms to ensure traffic is flowing bidirectionally and that return data isn't being lost. For example, if the forward frames counter is 50000 but this value is only 45000, then 5000 frames are missing on the return path.
