What is accQtpRtSecCalls?

This counter measures how many calls were successfully routed through secondary (backup) QTP links instead of primary ones. Engineers check this metric to confirm that failover is working and that the system can handle calls when primary servers are unavailable. For example, if this counter shows 250, it means 250 calls have been handled by secondary QTP servers during failover situations.
