Description: Number of times a call routing request failed because all QTP servers were shutdown or disabled.

What is accQtpRtNoRts?

This counter tracks how many call routing requests failed because all available QTP servers were shut down or disabled at that moment. Engineers watch this metric to detect infrastructure outages or when the entire QTP pool becomes unavailable. For example, if this value spikes from 0 to 500 in seconds, it indicates that all primary and backup QTP servers have gone offline.
