What is accQtpPoolSrvAddr?

This object stores the IP address of a specific QTP server that is part of the failover pool. Engineers configure this to define which QTP servers are available for call routing and load balancing. For example, setting this to 192.168.1.50 adds that IP address as a valid QTP routing target in the pool.
