What is accProbeAddr?
This OID stores a hexadecimal memory address that specifies which location in the device's memory to read or probe. Engineers use this to diagnose device problems by directly inspecting memory contents at specific locations. Setting accProbeAddr to a value like 0x10000 tells the device to read from memory address 0x10000.
