Module: ACC-PING

OID (symbolic): ACC-PING::accPingTimeMin

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.30.5

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: Time (seconds) to delay before generating the next Ping packet, after correctly receiving the expected Ping response for the previously generated Ping packet.

What is accPingTimeMin?

This OID specifies the minimum delay in seconds (0-15) between sending consecutive ping packets after receiving a successful response. Engineers configure this to control the frequency of ping tests and avoid overwhelming the network with back-to-back packets. A setting of 1 means the device will wait at least 1 second between each successful ping before sending the next one.
