What is oldXnsNetFltrDestination?

This field stores a 4-byte XNS network address used as the destination match criteria in a network traffic filter. Network administrators configure this to identify traffic flows destined for specific networks and apply filtering or prioritization policies to them. A value of C0-A8-02-00 means this filter will match packets destined for that specific XNS network address.
