What is oldXnsNetFltrAction?

This OID stores what action the network interface takes when a packet matches an XNS network filter rule, using values 0-3 representing discard, low priority, normal priority, or high priority. A network engineer configures this to control whether matching traffic gets dropped, queued at different priorities, or processed normally. For example, setting this to 0 means discard all matching packets, which would be useful for blocking known problematic traffic patterns.
