What is accXnsUbnTtl?

This TimeTicks value represents how long the neighbor relationship remains valid before timing out if no keepalive packets are received. Network engineers use this to tune convergence speed and detect link failures promptly. For example, a TTL of 180 (measured in hundredths of a second, or 1.8 seconds) means the neighbor entry expires if silent for 1.8 seconds.
