What is accXnsUbRipUnConHelOuts?

This counter tracks uncongested hello packets sent on the Ungermann-Bass interface—regular keepalive messages sent when the interface is operating under normal conditions. Engineers compare this value to congested hello counts to understand the overall network health and how often the interface operates at capacity. A value of 7850 means 7,850 normal-condition hello packets were sent, showing the interface spent most of its time in a non-congested state.
