What is accXnsUbRipRedirOuts?

This counter measures the number of RIP redirect packets transmitted from the Ungermann-Bass interface to notify neighbors of better routes. A value of 620 indicates the device has sent 620 redirect messages, showing it has actively steered neighbor traffic toward more efficient paths.
