What is accXnsUbRipHelloOuts?

This counter tracks how many hello (keepalive) packets have been transmitted on the Ungermann-Bass network interface to maintain RIP neighbor relationships. Network engineers monitor this to verify that the device is regularly announcing its presence to neighbors and keeping routing adjacencies alive. A value of 8000 means the device has sent 8,000 hello packets since startup, confirming that neighbor discovery and keepalive mechanisms are functioning normally.
