The Host Identifier of the Routing Neighbor that might offer this advertsiement.
What is accXnsRteFltrNeighbor?
This field specifies the 6-byte identifier of the neighbor that a particular route filter applies to. Network administrators use route filters to control which routes are accepted from which neighbors, enabling fine-grained routing policy control. A value of 08-00-20-99-88-77 indicates this filter rule applies only to routes advertised by the neighbor with that hardware address.
