What is accXnsRipRespOuts?

This counter measures the number of routing response packets this device transmits to answer RIP queries from other nodes. Network engineers check this to confirm the device is properly sharing its routing table and participating in the routing protocol. If this counter reaches 8000, the device has sent 8000 RIP responses, indicating active participation in route discovery.
