Description: The number of input packets not addressed to the receiving port, as a result of which an attempt was made to find a route to forward them to the final destination.

What is accXnsPorFwdReqIns?

This counter measures packets arriving on this port that were destined for other networks, requiring the device to forward them through routing. High counts indicate this device is actively routing traffic between networks, which is normal behavior for routers or gateway devices. A value of 80000 means the device received 80,000 packets on this port meant for other networks.
