What is accXnsNetX25FacIndex?

ACC-MIB::accXnsNetX25FacIndex holds an index value between 0 and 255 that references an optional X.25 facility string, or 0 if no special facilities are configured. Network engineers use facility strings to request specific X.25 features like throughput classes, packet sizes, or reverse charging from the service provider. Setting this to 42 might point to a stored facility string that requests 9600-bps throughput with reverse billing enabled.
