The value to be found in the Destination Network Field, or 0x00000000.

What is accXnsNetFltrDestination?

This OID holds the destination network address (4 bytes) that a filter rule matches against in XNS traffic, or 0x00000000 if the filter applies to any destination. A network engineer uses this to target which destination networks are affected by filtering rules, such as blocking traffic to specific subnets. For example, entering 0xC0A80000 (hexadecimal) would match any XNS destination in that particular network address range.
