What is accXnsNetCost?
This object stores an administrative cost value assigned to this network for routing priority decisions. Engineers adjust cost to prefer or deprioritize specific links; lower costs receive more traffic. Setting to 100 makes this route less desirable than alternatives with cost 10, allowing manual control of traffic flow.
