This is the current state of the 108/2 circuit.

What is accV25DTRSignal?

This OID represents the current state of circuit 108/2 (Data Terminal Ready signal) as an integer. Engineers monitor DTR to verify the modem is properly signaling to the host device that it is ready to communicate. A value of 1 means DTR is high (ready), while 0 means it is low (not ready).
