What is accSlotSevereCongPct?

This OID sets the congestion threshold percentage (1-100) that triggers severe congestion alerts on a port. Administrators tune this to define when the equipment should raise alarms if link utilization climbs above the threshold. Setting this to 85 means the device will flag the port as severely congested when utilization exceeds 85%.
