What is accDnX25PktVal?

This OID sets the largest packet size in bytes (0 to 1024) that can be sent over this DECNET circuit on the X.25 network. Network engineers tune this to match the X.25 network's MTU constraints and avoid fragmentation or rejection. Setting this to 512 means the router will split any larger DECNET packets into 512-byte chunks before sending over X.25.
