What is accDnNodeState?

This parameter reflects or controls the operational state of the DECnet node (up, down, halted, or similar). Engineers read this to verify the node is running or write to it to bring the node up or down for maintenance. A value of 'up' indicates the node is currently operational and capable of routing DECnet traffic.
