What is accConsoleSpeed?

This setting controls the serial transmission speed (baud rate) for the console port, with supported speeds of 1200, 2400, 4800, 7200, or 9600 baud. Administrators configure the console speed to match their terminal or management station's serial port settings for reliable out-of-band access. Setting this to 9600 means the console port will operate at 9600 bits per second, matching modern terminal equipment.
