accBrFilterMode
Module: ACC-MIB
OID (symbolic): ACC-MIB::accBrFilterMode
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.4.16
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER

Description:
When Filter Mode is on, entries in the Filtering table are used to determine the disposition of each frame. When Filter mode is off, no filtering is done.
What is accBrFilterMode?
This OID enables or disables the entire frame filtering system on the bridge. Engineers turn filtering on to enforce network policies by applying rules that allow or block specific traffic patterns. For example, enabling filter mode activates the filtering table so configured filter rules start controlling which frames pass through.
