What is accMdmMgrPoolPrefEnd?
This field contains the ending interface index (ifIndex) that defines the upper bound of the preferred modem range for this pool. Combined with the start index, it lets you reserve specific modem ports for this pool's preferred use. If start is 10 and end is 25, the pool will prefer to allocate from modem interfaces 10 through 25.
