What is accMdmMgrModemConnTxRate?
This OID records the current transmit speed in bits per second for the data being sent out on the active connection. Network engineers monitor this to verify that the connection is negotiating at expected speeds and to detect speed degradation. For example, a value of 33600 means data is being sent at 33.6 kilobits per second.
