What is accMdmMgrModemConnRxRate?

This OID records the current receive speed in bits per second for data being delivered on the active or last connection. Monitoring this helps identify whether download performance is acceptable or if line quality is degrading. For example, a value of 28800 indicates incoming data is being received at 28.8 kilobits per second.
