What is accMdmMgrLicInstPeakVoIPs?

This counter records the maximum number of VoIP modem licenses that were in concurrent use at any one time since the last reset. Engineers use this to understand peak VoIP traffic and ensure licensing matches actual demand patterns. If peak is 95 and your purchased license count is 150, you have sufficient licensing with room to spare.
