What is accMdmMgrDiscStatProtGenTimeouts?
This counter records the number of times general protocol operations timed out while the modem was disconnecting. Engineers use this to diagnose whether the modem pool has network latency, slow responses, or unresponsive peer devices. A value of 45 means 45 timeout events were triggered, suggesting the modem is waiting too long for protocol responses.
