What is accMdmMgrDiscStatModTimeouts?
This OID counts how many connection attempts failed because the modem could not negotiate modulation settings within the timeout period. High values indicate the modems are having trouble with the initial handshake phase and may need driver or configuration updates. For example, a value of 34 means 34 calls failed at the modulation negotiation stage.
