What is accIpsecStatsTlrAllocs?

This counter records how many times additional memory was allocated for packet trailers during IPSec encryption or decryption. Like the header allocations counter, this helps you spot memory stress and understand whether your device has enough resources for the current traffic. High values could indicate that packets are arriving in unusual sizes or configurations.
