What is accIpsecStatsReplayCheckFaileds?
ACC-IPSEC::accIpsecStatsReplayCheckFaileds counts packets that were rejected because their IPSec sequence number was already seen in a previous packet, indicating a replay attack where an attacker is resending captured encrypted traffic. This counter is your main defense indicator for replay attacks, and any non-zero value warrants investigation. For example, if this counter jumps to 50 after a known network glitch, your peer might be retransmitting old packets, and you should verify the tunnel was reset properly.
