What is accIpsecStatsInsufficientPads?

ACC-IPSEC::accIpsecStatsInsufficientPads counts packets rejected because the ESP padding length field indicates the packet is shorter than it should be, suggesting data corruption or a malformed encryption block. This is similar to padding validation failures and usually means either the encryption key is wrong or the packet was damaged in transit. For example, seeing 3 of these errors in a day on a stable link is normal drift, but 50 suggests either a network error or an attacker trying to craft forged packets.
