What is accIpsecStatsBlockJoins?
This counter tracks how many times the IPSec module had to combine fragmented memory blocks back together into usable chunks. Frequent block joins slow down processing and consume CPU cycles, so you care about this metric when troubleshooting performance issues. If this number is consistently high, your device may not have enough contiguous memory available.
