What is accIpsecSAConfigPriority?
This field assigns a processing priority to the Security Association: high (1), medium (2), or low (3), which determines when it gets CPU and network resources. You'd set high priority for critical business traffic and low priority for less time-sensitive data. If you have multiple tunnels competing for bandwidth during congestion, the high-priority one would get serviced first.
