What is accBrFilterEntProtocol?

This OID contains a 2-byte value specifying the network protocol (like IP, IPX, or AppleTalk) that the filter rule should match against. You would set this to filter traffic by specific protocol types when you need to block, drop, or route certain kinds of network traffic differently. An example value of 0x0800 represents IPv4, so the filter would only apply to IP packets.
