Description: 0 indicates that the entry is invalid, 1 indicates that the entry is valid.

What is accBrFiltIIEntStatus?

This OID indicates whether a specific filter entry is active (valid) or inactive (invalid), controlled by a 0 or 1 value. Network engineers use this to enable or disable individual filter rules without having to delete and recreate them. Setting this to 1 activates the filter, while setting it to 0 temporarily disables it.
