What is accDnX25PktVal?

This OID controls the maximum size in bytes of X.25 packets that can be transmitted on this circuit, with a range of 0 to 1024 bytes. Network engineers set this based on the remote X.25 network's requirements and the bandwidth characteristics of the link. For example, a value of 128 means the gateway will break larger messages into 128-byte packets before sending.
