accDnMaxNode
Module: ACC-DN
OID (symbolic): ACC-DN::accDnMaxNode
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.19.3
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER

Description:
Maximum node number permitted in the local area
What is accDnMaxNode?
This OID sets the maximum node number (1–1023) allowed within the local DECnet area, limiting how many devices can be added. Engineers use this to cap the size of their area and force growth to scale across multiple areas rather than overload a single one. For example, setting this to 64 means you cannot add more than 64 node IDs in your current area.
