accDnID
Module: ACC-DN
OID (symbolic): ACC-DN::accDnID
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.19.2
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description: Node ID; Least 10 bits identify the node, six bits above that identify the area.
What is accDnID?
This OID stores the DECnet node ID that uniquely identifies this device on the DECnet network, encoded as area and node numbers. Network engineers configure this during initial setup to ensure each device has a unique identity so the routing layer can find and reach it. For example, a value of 257 might represent area 1, node 1 in the DECnet address space.
Examples
Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.19.2 snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ACC-DN::accDnID
Get a specific instance (index 1):
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.19.2.1 snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ACC-DN::accDnID.1
Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):
snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.19.2.1 i <value>
