What is accDnDesRtrId?

ACC-DN::accDnDesRtrId contains the identifier of which router is currently acting as the designated router on this circuit, encoded as a 3-byte address. Network engineers read this to verify the correct router has been elected for this circuit and to troubleshoot routing instability. The address format includes the node number in the lower 10 bits and the area number in the next 6 bits.
