accDnBCT1
Module: ACC-DN
OID (symbolic): ACC-DN::accDnBCT1
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5.1.1.19.12
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: TimeTicks
Access: read-write
Description:
Interval between retranmissions of routing database updates on Broadcast Address
What is accDnBCT1?
This OID controls the time interval (in hundredths of a second) between DECnet routing database updates broadcast on shared media like Ethernet. Network engineers adjust this to balance routing convergence speed against the network flooding cost of frequent broadcasts. For example, a value of 300 means the device resends its routing information every 3 seconds on the broadcast segment.
